Available days are Mondays through Wednesday. You will receive the barn and tables and chairs for up to 250 people to use the outdoor property, including the bridge, island, yard, gazebo, etc.

Friday AM through Saturday Midnight you will receive the barn and tables and chairs for up to 550 people to use the outdoor property, including the bridge, island, yard, gazebo, etc.

This package includes a honeymoon a Sunday check-in at 2 PM and a Friday 10 AM check-out at our Traverse City lake house, kayaks are included.
Full Farm Package

Thursday AM through Sunday noon you will receive the barn as well as tables and chairs for up to 550 people use of the outdoor property, including bridge, island, yard, gazebo, etc., and 3 bedroom 2 bath onsite retreat with a hot tub for you and your guests as well as an outside camping area. This package includes a honeymoon with a Sunday 2 PM check-in and a Friday 10 AM check-out at our Traverse City lake house, kayaks are included.
Also, included is your Ultimate Bachelor or Bachelorette Party weekend where you get the Traverse City lakefront home and kayaks including two drivers with four-door Jeep Wranglers to take you and your party through the trails around Traverse City and to the wineries you choose.
